Python Tech Lead

As a Data & Analytics professional at Gramener, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on solving complex business problems using data and insights. Your role will involve demonstrating solutions to clients, architecting new products, and working in a fast-paced, innovative field. Key Responsibilities: - Solve complex business problems using data and insights. - Provide C-suite-focused business advisory in data & analytics. - Drive change and transformation in the business environment. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Demonstrate solutions and product capabilities to clients. - Architect and design new solutions and products for multiple domains. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/ Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT, Technology, or related field. - 8-12 years of programming skills in Python & JavaScript. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Strong work ethic and ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently. - Knowledge of base scaffolding framework, models, algorithms, and integrating them with custom solutions. - Design knowledge for Data Pipeline and Data Flow architecture. - Experience in implementing Custom Delivery Framework and building Conceptual Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solutions. - Proficiency in Linux, Python, JavaScript, R, SQL, HTML, CSS, JIRA, and Apache. - Willingness to travel to end-client sites when required.,
