Python Team Lead

Techversant is currently looking for an experienced Python Team Lead to join our team. As a Python Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development team, driving best practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. We are seeking an individual with over 6 years of experience in Python development, who possesses excellent leadership skills, and has a strong passion for mentoring and guiding team members. Key Responsibilities: - Create technical designs to support various client requirements - Evaluate project requirements and prepare estimates - Write code that passes unit tests and thrives in an agile and test-driven development environment - Manage software, code, and modules in production - Work on projects individually or as part of a team, following AGILE methodologies Preferred Skills: - Strong hands-on experience in Django, Flask, and Python - Knowledge of RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, MySQL - Familiarity with HTML5, HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery - Experience with frontend frameworks like ReactJS or Angular - Proficiency in Linux platform and understanding of deployment architecture - Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with CICD, including Jenkins and GIT Workflow - Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or DigitalOcean - Proficiency in source control management tools, with Git being preferred - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Positive approach, self-motivated, and well-organized If you are a seasoned Python developer with a proven track record of leadership and a desire to contribute to high-quality software solutions, we encourage you to apply for this position.
