Python Team Lead

You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Python development. Your expertise should include a strong understanding of Python 2 and Python 3. Additionally, you must possess in-depth knowledge of Web development utilizing the Django web framework and experience in API development using Django REST API. Proficiency in either Flask or FastAPI is also required. Your responsibilities will include writing reusable, testable, and efficient code. You should have a good understanding of standard databases such as MySql, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Firebase, etc. Ability to create database schemas that represent and support business processes is essential. Understanding fundamental design principles behind scalable applications is crucial for this role. You must be capable of comprehending client requirements and have good testing/debugging skills using standard Python modules/IDEs. Deployment experience with standard servers like Apache/AWS is preferred. Experience with testing frameworks and code versioning tools such as GIT is expected. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript is considered a plus. A significant requirement for this position is to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in leading a team of 10-15 members.,
