We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our Data Science team. This role is pivotal in

maintaining and enhancing our automation scripts that seamlessly integrate with our

application. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong foundation in Python

programming and a keen eye for efficiency, optimization and business understanding.

Responsibilities:

• Play an active role in translating business and functional requirements into concrete
• deliverables through highly scalable Python scripts
• Analyze, review, and understand existing Python automation scripts.
• Identify areas for improvement, optimization, and potential automation enhancements.
• Ability to independently design, develop and architect highly available, highly scalable
• applications from scratch
• Collaborate with data scientists and other team members to understand requirements and
• translate them into efficient Python code.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of automation scripts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts.
• Document code and processes for effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming language and related libraries
• (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and concepts of data types, data frames, lists, dictionaries,
• functions, arrays, etc.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Knowledge of
• classes and objects and Experience in SQL queries
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Understanding and experience in lending business is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience, with a strong hold on Python
• Knowledge of cloud platforms
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with Devops practices, and tools like Docker,

JIRA, Bitbucket
