Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Python Technical Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in backend development, microservices architecture, and leading teams. You will be responsible for designing robust architectures, developing scalable solutions, and mentoring a team of 4-6 developers. Mandatory Skills: Programming: Python (Expert level), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Frameworks: FastAPI, Django Architecture: Experience in High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and microservices Cloud: AWS (Must Have), Serverless Architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.) Databases: PostgreSQL (SQL), MongoDB or other NoSQL databases API: REST API design and development Containerization: Experience with Docker and microservice container deployment Data Structures & Algorithms: Strong foundation including Hash Maps, Arrays, and scenario-based problem-solving Design Skills: Understanding of scalable and fault-tolerant software design Communication: Fluent in English, ability to interact directly with US clients Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable and maintainable backend services Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best development practices Implement CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment processes Ensure high-quality coding standards and best practices Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance Guide the team through code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile practices Lead and mentor a team of 46 developers Stay up to date with the latest technologies and apply them effectively Preferred Qualifications: Current designation as Lead / Tech Lead / Python Lead Engineer Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
