Strong expertise in
Python
with proven experience in backend development.
Proficiency with frameworks:
Django

Flask

Experience in building and consuming
REST
and/or
FastAPI
services.
Frontend exposure with
ReactJS
and
JavaScript
.
Solid understanding of full software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of Python-based solutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, and security best practices
Develop and manage detailed project plans, define timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
Guide and mentor implementation teams; encourage cross-functional collaboration between development, sales, and support departments.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and client requirements.
Customize and configure solutions to match client needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure delivery standards.
Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and quality standards.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
