About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong Python backend

expertise and solid frontend experience to build and scale real-world products.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in startup environments, is

comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys owning features end-to-end—from

product discussions to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django /

FastAPI / Flask).

Develop and integrate responsive frontend interfaces using React / Angular /

Vue / modern JavaScript frameworks.

Own features end-to-end: requirements, development, testing, deployment,

and monitoring.

Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / NoSQL).

Build and consume REST APIs and integrate third-party services.

Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams in a fast-paced

startup setup.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions.

Work on microservice-based development using MVC frameworks (Django,

Flask, FastAPI).

Build and ship Docker-based products, including containerized local

development and deployments.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

Strong backend expertise in Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask).

Good frontend experience with React / Vue / HTML / CSS / JavaScript.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture.

Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.

Experience working in startup environments is preferred.

Hands-on experience with microservice architecture and Docker-based

development.

Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Exposure to Docker-based CI/CD pipelines.

Experience scaling applications or working on early-stage products.

Familiarity with system design and performance optimization.
