Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance applications , writing clean and maintainable code , and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

This role requires a strong foundation in backend development, APIs, microservices, and Python frameworks .

Experience: 5-8 years

Location: Bangalore
Mode of work: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end teams with server-side logic.
Build and maintain APIs, web services, and microservices-based architectures.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with product managers, DevOps engineers, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Implement security, data protection, and performance enhancements in applications.
Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to maintain high application availability.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field .
Strong knowledge of Python (3.x) and frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and debugging techniques.
Good understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills .

Good to have skills:

Experience with asynchronous programming ( Asyncio , Celery).
Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
Understanding of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies .
