Python Developer

As a Python Engineer at Wishfin, you will be part of a highly collaborative and quality-focused agile team. Your role will involve working in a fast-paced and flexible environment where effective communication is crucial. You will be responsible for having a clear understanding of product development environments and methodologies such as Agile, MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis. Additionally, you will demonstrate excellent knowledge of database technologies, SQL optimization, and database analysis skills. Your responsibilities will include writing elegant, reusable, maintainable, and testable code, as well as writing unit tests and conducting peer code reviews according to established team standards. As a key member of an Agile team, you will actively contribute to daily stand-ups and be comfortable leading discussions and cross-training other team members. You should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience and have a strong background in developing web applications with a deep understanding of modern Python standards. Proficiency with multiple Python frameworks, designing and building APIs, and writing/consuming RESTful Web Services is essential. A good understanding of Python, JavaScript, HTML5, MVC, and Object-Oriented Programming Concepts is required. Experience with frameworks like Django, FastApi, basic knowledge of Node JS and Angular JS, as well as expertise in JQuery, Ajax, prototype building, and UI development are desirable. Strong SQL skills for writing, optimizing, and debugging complex queries are crucial. Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration within the team.
