To excel in this position, you must have 2 to 5 years of backend development experience with Python. Proficiency in core and advanced Python concepts, strong command over at least one Python framework, experience with data libraries, and familiarity with version control systems are required. Comfort working in Linux environments, expertise in backend Python development, strong debugging skills, and experience with API development and microservices architecture are essential skills. Desirable skills include experience with Generative AI frameworks, exposure to Machine Learning libraries, knowledge of containerization tools, familiarity with web servers, understanding of asynchronous programming, and Agile practices.
