Overview:

Were looking for passionate team members to join our GenAI team, where we’re building smarter solutions for our SaaS platform. While our main systems are in Java, our GenAI work is powered by Python. We’re tackling projects like document parsing (Excel, PDFs, images) to standardize data from invoices, purchase orders, credit memos, and more. Plus, we're exploring GenAI for email parsing, coding tools to boost productivity, and some truly cutting-edge innovations.

What You’ll Do:

Bring Documents to Life:

Develop Python-based pipelines to parse and understand Excel files, PDFs, and images. Your work will help transform various documents into a unified format, ensuring that data from invoices, purchase orders, credit memos, and similar documents is accurate and easy to work with.

Innovate with GenAI:

Use external GenAI APIs to power features like email parsing and develop tools that help our developers code smarter and faster. You’ll also utilize our proprietary framework to streamline the development and deployment of GenAI projects.

Pioneering AI Innovations:

• Build agentic solutions that empower autonomous decision-making and create multi-agent systems capable of collaborating on complex tasks.
• Develop AI capabilities to transform Excel files into interactive LiveCube apps, turning spreadsheet data into dynamic, user-friendly applications.

Collaborate and Create:

Develop and maintain REST APIs for Python-based AI components, with the product team handling their integration into our existing Java systems. You’ll join forces with other engineers, share ideas, participate in code reviews, and contribute to our agile workflow.

Ensure Quality and Share Knowledge:

Your commitment to robust testing and continuous integration will help us maintain high-quality releases. You’ll also document your designs and workflows to keep everyone in the loop and make future development easier.

What We’re Looking For:

Background:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a great start.

Technical Know-How:

• Proficiency in Python—or a strong background in Java with a willingness to transition to Python for application development.
• Hands-on experience in software development and API integration.
• A solid grasp of coding best practices, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with REST API development is a plus, knowing that our product team handles integration with our Java systems.
• Bonus points if you have experience or interest in document parsing (Excel, PDF, images).

You understand our SaaS architecture and internal workflows, and you thrive in agile, cross-functional teams.

Extra Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with generative AI solutions or fine-tuning models.
• Building document processing pipelines or extracting data from diverse file formats.
