Python Developer

Role Overview: As a Python Developer, your main responsibilities will include writing and testing code, debugging programs, and integrating applications with third-party web services. Your experience using server-side logic and ability to work well in a team will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with knowledge of generative AI tools, capable of generating data to train AI models, and who is enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the field of AI. Key Responsibilities: - Write reusable, testable, and efficient code - Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications - Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic - Implement security and data protection - Integrate data storage solutions - Perform performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation - Collaborate with the design team to understand end-user requirements and provide technical solutions for the implementation of new software features - Develop back-end components to enhance responsiveness and overall performance - Test and debug programs - Enhance the functionality of existing systems - Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and offer technical solutions - Investigate and analyze AI model behavior to identify areas for improvement and refinement - Generate tasks and scenarios to simulate real-world conditions challenging the AI model for behavioral optimization - Address and rectify any AI assistant behavior concerns promptly, analyze user feedback, implement corrective measures, and generate tasks for continuous behavior optimization Qualification Required: - Expertise in Core Python - Sound Knowledge of Web Frameworks (Flask, Django) - Good understanding of versioning control - Familiarity with Front-End Technologies - Ability to integrate user-facing elements - Knowledge of User Authorization and Authentication - Experience in Python Event-Driven programming - Strong debugging and unit test skills - Ability to create database schemas - Strong logical thinking ability Please note that this is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's degree as the preferred education qualification and at least 2 years of experience in Python.
