Python Developer (Panda Framework)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer who has strong fundamentals in problem-solving, system design, and production-grade Python development. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, research-driven environments and enjoys building scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain production-quality Python applications.

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices.

Solve complex algorithmic and system-level problems.

Design system architecture with a focus on performance and maintainability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on backend services, APIs, and data workflows.

Optimize existing systems for scalability, reliability, and performance.

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

4+ years of professional experience with Python in production environments.

Expert-level proficiency in Python and core libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, AsyncIO, FastAPI, or similar.

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.

Proven performance on competitive coding platforms (LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, Kaggle, etc.).

Working-level proficiency in Machine Learning / Data Science.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with distributed systems, APIs, or large-scale data pipelines.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

Contributions to open-source projects or developer tools.

Experience working in research-oriented or high-ownership environments.
