Python Developer- Lead

As a Python Lead with 8-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for demonstrating an excellent understanding of object-oriented concepts and the Python language. Your role will require a strong grasp of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, messaging patterns, containerization, enterprise applications, and microservices. You should have hands-on experience with unit testing, coding best practices such as SonarQube, and code reviews. In addition, a solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals is essential for developing scalable systems. Proficiency in working with both relational and NoSQL databases is required. Your expertise in Python should include implementing REST APIs, with familiarity in frameworks like Flask or Django. You are expected to have a strong understanding of middleware technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ, as well as cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. Exposure to DevOps practices like CI/CD, Docker, and documentation using Swagger will be advantageous for this role. Experience in messaging frameworks like RabbitMQ is preferred, along with strong SQL query writing skills. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence is considered a bonus. Furthermore, you should have substantial experience in team management to excel in this position.,
