About the Role

Python backend engineer

We’ll coach you on GenAI and train you to become a GenAI engineer as you build production APIs.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python programming, including experience with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Flask or FastAPI.
Experience with AWS
Familiarity with object-oriented programming, RESTful APIs, and version control
systems (e.g., Git).
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus.

GenAI Readiness:

Strong interest in Generative AI technologies, including large language models
(LLMs), transformers, and prompt engineering.
Willingness to undergo structured training in GenAI tools, frameworks
You will contribute to key Gen AI innovation initiatives, help define new protocols (like MCP and A2A) and deliver fully functional prototypes that push the boundaries of enterprise AI — not just in Jupyter notebooks, but as real applications ready for production exploration.
