Python Developer (AI Services & Backend)

As a Python Developer with 3+ years of experience, your role will involve working on innovative AI-driven solutions, scalable backend systems, and cutting-edge agent-based architectures. You will have the opportunity to contribute to next-generation applications combining backend engineering with AI-powered automation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, optimize, and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs. - Work on agentic AI systems including autonomous agents, workflows, and integrations with AI models. - Implement, test, and deploy AI-powered features such as LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI. - Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate ML/AI models into production-ready systems. - Ensure scalability, security, and performance of backend applications. - Work with databases like SQL/NoSQL and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues. - Stay updated with the latest AI and Python ecosystem trends. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development focusing on backend & APIs. - Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms. - Experience with AI services, agentic AI frameworks, or LLM integration (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, RAG, etc.). - Knowledge of backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems. - Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL. - Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). - Good problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills. Optional Skills: - Hands-on experience in agent-based AI systems or autonomous AI workflows. - Exposure to MLOps tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases. - Knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams. - Experience with DevOps practices like CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
