Job Description

Role & responsibilities Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled API / Back End Developer with expertise in Python to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust APIs and back-end services that support our applications. Your work will be critical in ensuring seamless integration and functionality across our platform. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable APIs using Python frameworks such as Flask or Django. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and debug applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Back End Developer or similar role. Experience with automating cloud APIs. Cloud Architecture certifications preferred Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI. Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation. Experience with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman).
