Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP RE-FX system solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP RE-FX modules including Contract and Lease Management, Real Estate Asset Management, and Flexible Real Estate Accounting.
• Customize RE-FX functionalities for lease administration, rental contracts, real estate leases, and related business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Perform testing (unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing) to ensure the solution meets the business needs.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP RE-FX related issues.
• Develop and document functional specifications and business process documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams for ABAP development and integrations with other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD).
• Conduct training sessions for end users and provide post-implementation support.
• Stay updated on SAP RE-FX module enhancements and implement best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Real Estate processes including lease and contract management.
• Experience with SAP RE-FX configuration, including Contract Management, Settlement Rules, and Flexible Real Estate Accounting.
• Knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules and their integration points with RE-FX.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose SAP-based solutions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA RE-FX is a plus.
• Proficient in preparing functional specifications and testing documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
