Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with deep expertise in PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) and JavaScript to join our Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom components and solutions that enhance user experience and extend platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom PCF controls to extend the functionality of model-driven and canvas apps.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable JavaScript code for client-side logic and UI enhancements.
• Integrate PCF components with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility of custom components.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Stay updated with MS roadmap and new features in Power Platform and D365.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in Power Platform / D365.
• Strong hands-on experience with PCF development and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React (preferred).
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and customization.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Familiarity with ALM processes and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Good to have hands with Microsoft Fluent UI library, WebAPI and other API Calls
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
