Mentoring:
Key Responsibilities:Conduct engaging and informative sessions for UPSC aspirants.Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helpingthem prepare for both the preliminary and main examinations.Create and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and mock tests.
Curriculum Development:
Assist in developing and updating the curriculum toensure it meets current exam standards and trends.Collaborate with other educators to integrate innovative teaching methodologies.
Student Performance Evaluation:
Assess student performance through regular performanceevaluations and provide constructive feedback.Identify areas of improvement for individual students andoffer personalized coaching.

Communication And Interaction:

Experience:
Eligibility Criteria:
Must have appeared in at least two UPSC main examinations or have faced one UPSC interview.Medium: English
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong understanding of UPSC exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies.Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Education:
A graduate degree from a recognized university.
Work Mode:
