Position: Machine Operator – PVC Tape Coating
Location: Dhaneti, Bhuj, Gujarat
Department: Coating Line
Job Type: Full-Time (Shift Basis)
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating PVC film coating machines (adhesive coating, drying, and rewinding).
• Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and coating thickness.
• Handle adhesive preparation, viscosity checks, and ensure uniform coating.
• Follow safety protocols related to chemical handling and machine cleaning.
• Maintain production records and shift-wise reports accurately.
• Support senior operators in machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum: 10th / 12th / ITI (Preferred).
• Basic understanding of machines or manufacturing processes.
• Physically fit and ready to work in a shift-based factory environment.
• Willingness to learn coating and adhesive processes.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: As per company norms
• Duty: 8-hour shift (Rotational)
