Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bid Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in bid management, pre-sales, or knowledge and content management. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage requests for support related to content, tools, and best practices. Connect with subject matter resources from other parts of the firm to support complex queries and requests. Respond to basic and semi-complex pursuit queries related to EY, including FAQs. Maintain the ongoing update of pursuit content in the self-help library and ensure the user portal is up-to-date with the latest campaigns and priorities. Curate, tag, and adapt materials contributed by subject matter resources. Administer and maintain the self-help site, sanitizing and tagging pursuit/proposal materials, and archiving outdated materials. Coordinate support services as needed. ### Job Requirements Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Prior experience in pursuits/pre-sales/bid management, proposal development, knowledge and content management, project management. Commitment to providing exceptional client service and highest quality support. Expertise in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to build collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Self-starter and fast learner able to work with minimal supervision. Enquiring mindset and desire to continuously improve tools and processes. Experience working in a cross-border, multi-cultural environment. MBA Marketing/International Business preferred.
