Purchasing Executive- Junior

You will be a Purchase Executive at the junior level based in Changodar, Ahmedabad. Possessing a minimum of 1 year of experience, your qualifications include a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or an MBA. Proficiency in Tally is a must-have skill for this role within the Injection Molding/Plastics Manufacturing industry. Your immediate joining is expected with a salary package of up to 3 LPA. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with approved vendors, assessing their products and services, negotiating pricing, and addressing any concerns. You will research and evaluate vendors to identify the best options in terms of pricing and quality. Implementing vendor selection programs and conducting interviews with new vendors will be part of your duties. You will establish performance standards for approved vendors and work on enhancing vendor management programs. Furthermore, you will develop, implement, and manage contracts and service level agreements for procurement. Communication with external vendors/suppliers during on-site inspections is essential. Collaboration with colleagues, customers, and vendors is crucial for achieving company objectives. Adhering to the company's code of conduct is a fundamental requirement for this role. Your profile should include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical/supply chain management, excellent English language skills, a commitment to long-term employment, experience in sourcing and supplier development, strong negotiation and decision-making abilities, and the capability to multitask efficiently. Exposure to ISO quality management systems would be advantageous. Travel readiness for work-related purposes is expected.,
