* Review and maintain order confirmations in ERP
* Validate price, quantity, delivery date, Incoterms, and payment terms with purchase orders.
* Update purchase orders within tolerance and attach confirmations.
* Escalate deviations beyond tolerance to the buyer.
* Ensure compliance with price agreements and company policies.
Proficiency in German language is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in SAP software is required
