1. Creation and approval of Item, Service and Vendor master data in the MDM System
2. Check for the availability of items in the MDM tool before initiating any new creation process.
3. Accurately create / Approve of item Masters, ensuring all critical fields are correctly filled, including:
*Item Category
*Technical or Molecular Name
*Formulation *Item Description (If required Reference Number)
*Unit of Measure (UOM)
*Manufacturer Name
*Division
*GST or HSN Code
*Pack Size (Conversion), etc
4. Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency across all relevant systems
5. Maintain proper documentation and approvals for any master data changes or updates.
6. Review and approve master data records in line with standard defined processes.
7. Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, finance, supply chain, etc.) to ensure seamless data integration and alignment
8. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
9. Good understanding of supply chain, procurement and finance process
