Role & Responsibilities:

Vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation for raw materials, fittings, and project requirements
Purchase order preparation and timely procurement of materials
Maintaining purchase records, price comparison sheets, and stock updates
Coordinating with production, design, and project teams for material requirements
Follow-up with suppliers for on-time delivery and quality compliance
Ensuring cost control and adherence to budgets

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in Commerce/Business/Any discipline
2 to 5 years of experience in purchase/procurement (preferably in furniture/interior industry)
Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
Knowledge of MS Office and ERP (preferred)
Good communication and organizational skills
