Job Title – Purchase Supervisor

Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 to 2 years

Focus Area:
Candidates with experience in hotel purchasing, vendor management, and procurement operations will be given first preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate & negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Manage purchase orders & maintain accurate procurement records
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
• Monitor inventory & coordinate with warehouse/production teams
• Analyze market trends & identify cost-saving opportunities
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships

Qualifications & Skills:

• ✔ Any Graduate
• ✔ 1.5+ years of purchasing/procurement experience
• ✔ Strong negotiation & communication skills
• ✔ Proficiency in MS Office / ERP / SAP
• ✔ Detail-oriented, organized & able to manage multiple tasks
