Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase & Store Manager located in Kurukshetra. The Purchase & Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations including inventory management, procurement of goods, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include overseeing retail loss prevention measures and ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in inventory management and procurement processes
Experience in the retail or hospitality industry is beneficial
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a relevant field is preferred
