Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Purchase Executive with a background in Mechanical Engineering to oversee procurement operations. The role involves vendor development, cost optimization, negotiation, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support production and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement of mechanical components, raw materials, bought-out items, and consumables.
Source, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Purchase Orders (POs).
Conduct price, payment term, delivery schedule, and commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
Ensure procurement of materials strictly as per approved technical specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering, production, and quality to align procurement activities with project needs.
Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and vendor performance data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
