Job Profile:
Manage end-to-end local procurement of IT products, peripherals, and accessories.
Maintain accurate and updated purchase data and documentation.
Coordinate and arrange competitive costing from vendors for requirements from the sales team
Ensure timely submission of purchase invoices to the accounts department in the prescribed format.
Support price negotiation, vendor communication, and order follow-up as required.
Assist in process improvement, cost optimization and vendor relationship management.
