Purchase Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Purchase Officer to join our procurement team for real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations specific to the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchase process for civil, interior, and MEP materials
• Develop and manage vendor relationships, rate negotiations & cost control
• Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of materials at project sites
• Maintain purchase logs, material inward records, and cost reports
• Coordinate with project, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth procurement flow
• Assist in budget planning and cost optimization for project-specific purchases

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Diploma in Civil / B.Com / Supply Chain or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in procurement within the real estate or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and vendor market
• Good command over MS Excel, ERP/Tally, and email communication
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
