Purchase & Merchandising Specialist

Role Overview: As a Purchase and Merchandising Specialist at Tripole Gears, you will be responsible for managing raw material sourcing and procurement, continuously scouting and onboarding better vendors, maintaining and updating design tech packs and BOMs, overseeing procurement of finished goods via limited fabricators, and coordinating with store/dispatch teams for inventory availability. Your role will involve balancing cost, quality, and timelines while working with soft goods like apparel, bags, or gear.
