Vendor & Rate Management: Source and evaluate vendors by obtaining minimum three competitive quotations - both materials and contractors. Conduct negotiations to secure best pricing, terms, and delivery timelines. Maintain updated vendor database with material categories, rate benchmarks, and alternate options. Regularly update market benchmarks for competitor pricing across key categories. Maintain systematic records of all vendor quotations, POs, and approvals. Measurable Deliverable: Vendor Database, Rate Benchmark Sheet
Purchase Order & Approval Process: Prepare purchase requests and ensure approvals from project, and management teams (CTO/CEO). Verify vendor quotations against project requirements before issuing POs. Track approvals and maintain a PO register for all purchases. Ensure advance payment requests (if any) are backed by approvals and vendor performance history. Ensure procurement process follows company SOPs with no unauthorized purchases. Measurable Deliverable: Approved PO Register, Purchase Tracker
