1. Creating a purchase budget
2. Stock as per minimum inventory level (Regular, Critical)3. Vendor Development / Vendor assessment4. To ensure cost reduction based on various measures withoutaffecting quality, standards and delay.5. To ensure all the purchase based on the system of technocommercial comparison in line with the company policy.6. Timely purchase MIS.7. Delivery schedules depending on floor space & in accordancewith fund flow.
