Preparation of Purchase budget for CAPEX.
Preparation and updating of Purchase SOP.
Submission of vendor/supplier registration documents to Accounts. Preparation and execution of vendor agreements.
Preparation of project-wise procurement list.
Preparation of project-wise procurement budgets.
Procurement of raw material/brought out items as per project requirements.
Procurement of raw material/brought out items as per minimum stock requirements. Assigning work as per schedule to vendors to match project timelines.
Ensuring that material procurement is as per quality requirements.
Ensuring that material procurement is as per project credit limits.
New vendor development. New product/alternate product development.
Preparing rate analysis before procurement of materials.
Preparing comparative analysis before procurement of materials.
Submission of vendor/supplier bills on time.
Procurement of materials as per agreed credit limits.
Preparation and updating of purchase tracker.
Preparation of annual vendor-wise rate analysis. Tally of ledgers of all vendors.
