Purchase Ledger Clerk

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive (Trainee) to support our procurement and supply chain operations. The role involves assisting the purchase team in sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Support in preparing and processing purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, price negotiations, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate purchase and inventory records.
• Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in vendor evaluation and performance tracking.
• Support the purchase manager in day-to-day procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in procurement/purchase can apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the procurement field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
