Purchase In-Charge

You are a highly skilled Purchase Incharge responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring supply chain efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers in the Interior / Furniture / Manufacturing industry. Your role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring purchase order accuracy, tracking purchase cycle time, evaluating supplier performance, and mitigating procurement risks. You will also collaborate with internal teams, ensure compliance with company policies, and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement procurement strategies for timely and cost-effective purchasing. - Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms while maintaining quality. - Monitor purchase order accuracy to reduce errors and streamline procurement processes. - Track and optimize purchase cycle time for efficient requisition-to-order completion. - Evaluate supplier performance based on delivery, quality, and responsiveness. - Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for long-term partnerships. - Identify and mitigate procurement risks, including supply chain disruptions and market fluctuations. - Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing with business needs and inventory management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the mentioned industry. - Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of procurement best practices, vendor management, and risk assessment. - Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software. - Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports for decision-making. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.,
