Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end procurement of construction equipment, machinery, materials, and services.
10–15 years of experience in infrastructure/civil project procurement, ideally with a mechanical engineering background.
Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, issue POs, and ensure timely delivery to project sites across India.
Handle routine and emergency purchases for equipment maintenance and breakdowns (especially piling rigs, transit mixers, etc.).
Maintain accurate inventory records, vendor database, and ensure proper documentation for billing and accounts.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Drive, and maintaining procurement MIS and tracking systems.
Strong focus on cost control, timely execution, and vendor relationship management.
Lead and mentor the procurement team; implement systems and controls for smooth purchase operations.
