The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services essential for the company’s operations. This includes vendor selection, price negotiation, order placement, and ensuring timely delivery. The role requires a balance of operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.

Position - Purchase Executive (Female Candidate Only)

Time - 10:00 AM to 6 : 00 PM ( Mon to Sat)

Qualification - Any Graduate in any Stream

Experience -0 to 2 years

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor performance (quality, pricing, delivery).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team.
• Avoid overstocking or stockouts by timely procurement.
• Work within allocated budgets.
