Job Description:
YSK Laboratories is seeking a skilled Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling billing, tax filing, and managing day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or production team for stock requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Track and ensure timely delivery of orders; follow up with suppliers for any delays or discrepancies.
• Review supplier performance regularly and recommend new vendors if required.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation of all purchasing activities.
• Collaborate with finance and logistics teams for payments, shipment tracking, and cost control.
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new product developments.
