Job Description

Purchase Executive manages an organization's procurement activities by sourcing, negotiating with, and managing suppliers to acquire goods and services

Supplier management: Source new vendors, evaluate existing ones based on price, quality, and delivery, and negotiate contracts and pricing.

Procurement operations: Create and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve issues with orders or shipments.
Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, forecast material needs, and ensure adequate inventory to avoid stockouts.
Collaboration: Work with other departments to understand their needs and coordinate procurement activities with business objectives.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, invoices, and supplier performance.
Reporting: Prepare reports on purchasing activities and expenditures. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers

Skill :

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with procurement software and tools
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines *Tally Knowledge Must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,021.05 per month
