Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting in the identification of suppliers and vendors for electrical and electronic components, tools, and systems. You will be required to request and evaluate quotations based on cost, technical specifications, and delivery timelines. Additionally, you will support in preparing and issuing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery, and maintaining procurement records, delivery logs, and vendor databases. It will be part of your responsibilities to work closely with project and technical teams to understand material requirements, follow up on delayed deliveries or quality issues with vendors, and maintain inventory levels while updating procurement status regularly. To excel in this role, you should have an educational background in Electrical/Electronics (Diploma or B.Tech/B.E.) and a basic understanding of electrical/electronic components and systems. Good communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. You should demonstrate a willingness to learn procurement processes and vendor coordination, coupled with a strong attention to detail and effective time management. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of ERP or procurement software (training can be provided if you are a fresher) and a positive attitude with eagerness to grow in a technical procurement role. This position is ideal for male candidates, including freshers, who are keen to kickstart their career in purchasing and supply chain management within a technical environment. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
