Statcon Powtech is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement operations, vendor relationships, and ensure timely availability of quality materials for our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Handle procurement of raw materials, electronic components, and other parts as per production requirements Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate terms, and establish long-term supplier relationshipsCoordinate with internal departments including production, R&D, and inventory to forecast material needsEnsure timely release of purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery parametersMaintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventoryAssist in cost reduction initiatives without compromising on quality and timelinesEnsure compliance with company policies and relevant procurement regulations Collaborate with accounts and logistics for invoice clearance and material receipt

Technical Requirements
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationsUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and material requirementsProficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office, especially ExcelExcellent organizational and communication skillsExperience in vendor development and global sourcingKnowledge of Commercial terms & Purchase documentationFamiliarity with components used in power electronics, solar inverters, or electrical systems

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
