Job Title: Purchase Assistant (Fresher) Company: SP DESIGN DEVELOPERS LLP Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time | On-site Industry: Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure Experience: Fresher (0–1 year) Job Summary: SP DESIGN DEVELOPERS LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant (Fresher) to support our procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to learn the fundamentals of purchasing and supply chain in a fast-paced construction environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience in vendor coordination, order processing, and inventory support. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Purchase Department in daily procurement activities Collect quotations from suppliers and help with basic price comparisons Help prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) Maintain and update purchase records and vendor databases Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials Coordinate with site supervisors and storekeepers to understand material needs Support in verifying invoices and delivery notes Ensure proper filing and documentation of procurement records Assist in day-to-day administrative and support tasks in the department Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Willingness to learn procurement and inventory systems Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a team and handle tasks under supervision Preferred Skills (not mandatory): Knowledge of basic purchase documentation (PO, invoice, delivery challan) Exposure to ERP/Tally (if any) Interest in construction materials and logistics What We Offer: Hands-on training and mentorship in procurement processes Growth opportunities in a growing construction company Friendly work culture and team support Performance-based increments and learning incentives To Apply: Send your resume to [email protected] with the subject: "Application for Purchase Assistant – Fresher – [Anshu Priya Barsana]" Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
