Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement of solar components such as PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, batteries, cables, etc.
• Evaluate and finalize vendors based on quality, cost, delivery timelines, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers.
• Maintain vendor database and ensure regular performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with project, logistics, and warehouse teams for material planning and timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, delivery schedules, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare procurement reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1+ years of relevant experience in the solar energy sector
• In-depth knowledge of solar components, suppliers, and market trends
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
• Hands-on experience with Excel, ERP systems, and procurement tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,912.78 - ₹40,224.98 per month
