Job Title: Purchase Executive – Signage/Branding Industry

Reports To: Operations Manager

Preferred Skills & Education:

• Any graduate or higher secondary.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the signage or related industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of signage materials, vendors, and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Job Summary:

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and services required for signage production. This includes handling vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining cost efficiency, and aligning purchases with project requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for signage materials (e.g., acrylic, vinyl, LEDs, metal, printing materials, flex, paints etc.).
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Issue purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to understand material requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Monitor material quality and work with suppliers to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
