Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Supplier Management: Research and identify potential suppliers. Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers. Maintain and foster strong relationships with suppliers. Purchase Order Management: Generate and process purchase orders. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Manage inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams. Cost Management and Analysis: Analyze market trends and pricing to secure the best deals. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare purchase reports and analyses. Quality Assurance: Ensure that purchased goods and services meet quality standards. Address any quality issues with suppliers. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of purchases and invoices
