Job Title: Presales Engineer - AV Solutions Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Presales Engineer to join our AV team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AV solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop AV solutions to meet their needs. 2. Design and propose AV architectures and solutions to customers, including video conferencing, digital signage, and audio systems. 3. Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts for customers. 4. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners. 5. Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging AV technologies. 7. Develop and maintain sales collateral, including datasheets, whitepapers, and case studies. Requirements: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: - At least 2-3 years of experience in AV solutions, with a focus on presales or sales engineering. - Experience with AV technologies, including video conferencing, digital signage, audio systems, and control systems. - Experience with cloud-based AV technologies and collaboration platforms. Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of AV fundamentals, including audio, video, and control systems. - Experience with AV design, implementation, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of AV industry standards and best practices. - Familiarity with cloud-based AV technologies and collaboration platforms. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Certifications: - CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or equivalent certifications preferred. - Manufacturer-specific certifications, such as Crestron or Extron, Neat & Logi Expert.
