Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Contact 9150761116 - Ms Banumathy - Manager HR

Procurement of ELECTRONICS/ELECTRICAL(PCB,Components,Electrical parts)

Co-ordination with Planner and release orders to suppliers
Familiarization of electronic-components pcba,active,passive components and electrical parts
Conversion of PR to PO
Release PO with appropriate schedules/ RM Spec to Supplier
Negotiating with suppliers for prices and delivery
Follow up with suppliers for Order Confirmation
Co-ordinate with Forwarder to finalize logistics Mode of shipment and freight forwarders
Follow up for timely delivery of raw materials
Supplier Performance Monitoring at Periodic Intervals
Interact with supplier for quality related issues
Effective Handling of rejections and ensure completion of all formalities including RMAs and Credit Notes from Suppliers
Follow up with accounts for payment to supplier
Effective Communication to all Suppliers including forecast of required materials
Obtain RM specs & BOM in time to procure raw materials for timely production.
Supplier visits and periodic Supplier audits.
Supply Agreement with Key suppliers
