Purchase Executive (Mumbai)

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and inventory requirements for Exhibit Technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and the ability to manage end-to-end purchasing processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and finalise vendors.
• Raise purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Maintain purchase records, pricing sheets, and reports.
• Coordinate with finance for invoices and payments.
• Support internal teams by ensuring timely availability of required materials.
• Monitor market rates and maintain cost efficiency.
• Manage documentation, records, and coordination with service providers.
• Assist in coordinating courier services, repairs, and follow-ups.
• Support HR/Operations with admin-related tasks when required.
• Assist in Travel/Hotel Bookings when required.
• Work closely with finance for invoices and payments.
• Track budgets and ensure cost efficiency.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field; Supply Chain/Purchasing background preferred.
• 1–3 years of purchase/procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation & communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and basic inventory processes.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
